Alicia Finnerman, Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer, is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a major in finance and Spring Arbor University with a Master’s in Business Administration.  Alicia has over 15 years of banking experience.

Melinda Dean, Retail Loan Officer, started her career as a real estate agent selling homes for eight years. Melinda joined the Century Bank and Trust team in 2008 as a loan operations specialist, then later became the branch manager of Quincy in 2012. Melinda has 15 years of banking experience, six of the years in retail lending. Along with the bank, she is involved in Junior Achievement Training and Branch County Association of Realtors (BCAR).
